Veteran Vends started with an empty vending machine.
It was midnight on a military base. We had just gotten back after a long day, and every machine in the hallway was empty. Again.
At that hour, a cold drink or a quick snack matters. For a lot of service members working late, those machines were the only option. But an empty machine helps no one.
That experience showed me what vending should be: reliable, convenient, and handled by someone who takes ownership.
I'm a United States Marine. The Marine Corps gave me the DISCIPLINE and GRIT I bring to every location we serve.
After leaving the military, I was working eighty-hour weeks.
Long days don't scare me. Empty machines do.
In 2025, I started Veteran Vends out of my truck. I called warehouses between shifts and built this company one conversation, one location, and one stocked machine at a time.
Today we run all of Southern California. The government trusts us with machines on military installations, the same places where the idea started.
