Repairs & service

Broken machine? I'll fix it.

Mobile repair for machines you already own.

Snack, drink, and combo machines. I come to your location. If it can't be finished on site, the machine goes to my warehouse, and you can either have me haul it or drop it off yourself. This is break-fix work: something's wrong, I come find it and fix it. I don't sell maintenance plans. San Diego County for now.

  1. Machine won't power on. Dead unit, no lights, nothing on the board.
  2. Products not vending. Motor issues, stuck coils, product hanging in the rack.
  3. Bill acceptor and coin mechanism. Eating money, rejecting bills, jamming on coins.
  4. Card reader trouble. Tap and chip failing, declines that aren't the customer's fault.
  5. Cooling and refrigeration. Warm drinks, compressor that won't hold temperature.
  6. Electrical and wiring. Shorts, blown fuses, harnesses that have been chewed up.
  7. Full diagnostics. Something's wrong and nobody can tell you what.
  8. Something else entirely. If it's a vending machine and it's broken, ask.

What it costs and how fast.

The service call

$125. That's what it costs to get me out there, find out what's actually going on, and hand you a diagnostic report. It includes the first hour of labor. Anything past that hour is $100 an hour.

How fast

Within 24 hours. I'd rather find the problem today and order the right part tomorrow than have you sit a week waiting on somebody's guess.

Any machine, any gate

All makes. I work on all machines, whatever the brand. I'm also cleared for military base access, so a machine sitting behind a gate most techs can't get through isn't a problem here. And "it can't be fixed" isn't an answer I give. If it has to come to the warehouse to get done right, it comes to the warehouse.

How a service call goes.

  1. You text me. Make and model, what it's doing, and where it sits.
  2. I come out inside 24 hours. $125 covers finding the problem and the first hour of labor.
  3. You get a diagnostic report. What's wrong, what the part costs, what the labor runs. Most breaks need a part ordered, so expect that to be the normal answer, not bad news.
  4. You decide. Nothing gets ordered and no more labor gets billed until you say go.

Goes straight to my phone. Not a call center, not a ticket.
